When you want to use it, the house is yours.

Outside of peak season, you can use your property freely, without any impact on your rental income. If you want to reserve a few weeks during the season, request it by the end of the year: we will recalculate the rental income accordingly. If, on the other hand, you choose a multi-year contract without reserved periods, you can consider one with net rental income (with electricity and ordinary condominium expenses paid by the agency) and better financial conditions.

Your property is in good hands.

Our in-house maintenance teams are always on hand. If something breaks down during the season, we will respond within 24 hours of the tenant reporting it: we draw on our stock of spare parts at discounted prices and get everything back up and running. The costs are settled at the end of the season. Damage caused by tourists? We'll take care of it: the agency will respond.

What if my apartment is rarely rented?

Nothing changes for you: your income is guaranteed by contract. We assume the operational risk by managing prices, promotion, and occupancy.

Who decides prices and how?

We define them internally using the group's tools and experience. For you, this means simplicity and certainty: no percentages, but a clear return from the outset.

When and how will I be paid?

With a single transfer at the end of the season, as stipulated in the contract. The amount is defined in advance, so you know immediately how much you will receive, with no adjustments or surprises.

Can I reserve weeks for myself?

Yes. Outside of peak season you can block them freely, without affecting your income. During peak season you can request them by the end of the year: we will take care of adjusting your income in line with the new calendar.

What if something breaks during the summer?

We respond within 24 hours of the tenant's report, drawing on our stock of spare parts at discounted prices to get everything up and running again quickly. Expenses are settled at the end of the season.

Who is liable for damage caused by guests?

The agency. If a guest causes damage, we take care of it: quick inspection, repair/replacement, and administrative management, at no cost to you.
(For wear and tear or breakdowns not attributable to guests, the rules for replacements during the season apply.)

Are there any minimum requirements?

We require that the apartment meets our quality standards and legal requirements, such as: air conditioning, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, fire extinguisher, and gas and carbon monoxide detectors. We carry out an inspection with a checklist, agree any additions with you, manage them ourselves and report transparently.

Is a multi-year contract really worthwhile?

If you do not anticipate reserved periods during the season, a multi-year contract offers you greater stability and more advantageous economic conditions, with even simpler management.
